- Your account and sign-in details.
- Your profile: name, date of birth, gender, country, height, weight and body measurements.
- Your photos: the try-on photo and avatar you uploaded.
- Your try-on results.
- Your saved outfits and items, style preferences, and the activity recorded while you were signed in.
- Your credit balance and credit history. Unused try-on credits cannot be restored.
- The record of your Google Play purchases held by RevenueCat, our purchase processor.
What is kept, and why
A few records outlive the account because financial compliance or abuse prevention requires them. None of them contains your name, email address, photos or profile. Some carry your former account ID, a random identifier we assigned to your account.
- Purchase records: the store transaction ID, the number of credits it granted and the date, with a hash of your account ID. We retain these for financial and tax compliance and so that one purchase cannot be redeemed twice. Google Play and the App Store keep their own records of your payment under their own policies.
- Sign-up bonus record: your account ID and a one-way hash of your email address (not the address itself), so the free sign-up credits cannot be claimed again by registering anew.
- Invite record, if you redeemed an invite: the invite code, the hash of your email address, and the random device identifier the app created on your phone, so invite rewards cannot be claimed twice.
- Activity from before you signed in, which is recorded against that random device identifier, not your account.
- Reports you filed about AI-generated images: only the reason you chose and the date. Your account ID, the image and any note you wrote are removed.
- Usage counters and server logs that contain your account ID are deleted automatically: the counters within 30 days, logs and crash reports when their retention period ends.
Service providers
Supabase (sign-in and database) and Microsoft Azure (photo storage and hosting) store the data listed above, and deleting your account deletes it there. RevenueCat (purchase processing for Google Play) holds a record of Android purchases under your account ID, and we delete it together with your account. Sentry (crash reports) holds no profile data; its reports are deleted automatically when their retention period ends.
